We were appointed by the Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to prepare and submit a planning application for the comprehensive redevelopment of Hillingdon Hospital. The application was accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment. Planning permission was granted in 2005, but financial restrictions prevented implementation of the scheme.
Since then we have been retained to produce an urban design concept for the phased redevelopment of the Site, as well as prepare and submit planning applications for a number of smaller buildings to enhance healthcare provision on the site.
We have successfully secured planning permission for a range of new healthcare buildings. This includes the Bevan Ward, fracture clinic, extensions to the A&E and paediatric wards and two carparks. We continue to provide the Trust with advice on a range of planning issues relating to the Site.
