Dan has over 15 years’ experience in planning consultancy, during which time he has gained experience in different areas of planning, with a particular focus on residential and residential-led mixed-use developments.

His areas of expertise include planning appraisals, applications, appeals, development plan promotions, the co-ordination of multi-disciplinary teams and the preparation of Environmental Statements.

Dan is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
