Carl holds a Geography degree from the University of Reading and a Masters in Town Planning from London South Bank University. He joined Nexus Planning with more than four years’ experience in the public sector, working in Development Management at Waverley Borough Council dealing with a variety of planning applications and appeals, including major housing developments and commercial schemes.
His role as a Senior Planner involves undertaking detailed planning research and analysis, preparing site appraisals, preparing a range of planning applications and appeals, and day-to-day project management and client contact.
Carl is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
