We were recently appointed on a trio of retail studies in London, Bristol and Bedford.
Commissioned by London Borough of Tower Hamlets to advise them on their Neighbourhood Centres in the East of the Borough. We will be determining the nature of the physical spaces which make up the centres, as well as speaking with local residents and businesses to understand how more footfall might be driven to each of the centres.
Engaged to consider “What next?” for Bristol City Centre. We will be carrying out wide-ranging market research of both residents and city centre businesses to get under the skin of what makes the city centre tick and how it might be more agile to future trends. .
Appointed to produce a Boroughwide Retail and Leisure Study on behalf of Bedford Council. This will primarily be concerned with the key town centres of Bedford and Kempston and will make recommendations for their future vitality and viability, including ways in which the town centre can respond to a post-Covid world.
“In this time of great uncertainty, we’re delighted to be part of the resilience and recovery of these three British retail hubs. The task ahead is no mean feat as we emerge out of Covid-19. However, together with local insights from residents and enterprises, alongside our retail study experts, we’re looking ahead to and hopeful of a positive retail future”.
