We are delighted to have secured planning permission at appeal for 75 new homes in Leatherhead on behalf of our client, Halcyon Office Limited. The proposal will provide much needed residential units on brownfield land in a highly accessible and sustainable location.
We successfully demonstrated at appeal that the reasons for refusal were not justified and that the proposal would provide a range of social, economic and environmental benefits to the surrounding area. These included additional household expenditure and footfall to Leatherhead town centre, enhanced biodiversity and contribution towards MVDC’s future housing needs.
