Amy has undertaken a broad range of project work in both the public and private sector including the promotion of large scale settlements and securing residential planning permissions across the country.

Her knowledge and expertise has provided her with skills in project management, public consultation, policy analysis, detailed feasibility studies and experience of applications through from instruction to completion.

Amy has worked on a number of retail and leisure needs assessments for local authorities including South Downs National Park, Huntingdonshire District Council and Chiltern and South Bucks District Councils. Amy was involved with a proposal in Leatherhead Town Centre that forms a key site for the ‘Transform Leatherhead’ masterplan, producing the ‘Planning, Property and Delivery Strategy’. The project involved an assessment of a number of potential development options in relation to planning, viability and property factors and identified the key next stages for taking the site forward.

Her recent clients include Mole Valley District Council, Huntingdonshire District Council, CEG, MCR Properties and Girls Day School Trust.

Amy is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
