Adrian is at the forefront of policy research to establish how changes to the planning system can positively impact upon this market and address a pressing shortfall in quality provision. This work includes initial site appraisal, planning applications and appeals and project delivery.

To date, Adrian has secured planning permission for over 100 care schemes including assisted living developments, nursing homes and specialist care facilities.

Adrian is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
