Nexus Planning obtained planning approval for an office repositioning scheme at 10 Gresham Street in the City of London in September 2023.

The proposals included the refurbishment of the existing office building, a rooftop extension, enhancements to the entrance and public realm and improvements to the end-of-journey facilities, to create modern office accommodation that will continue to serve this central accommodation.

The site is located within the Background Wider Consultation Setting of two linear views within the London View Management Framework. Through detailed design and the submission of a Visual Impact Assessment, it was successfully demonstrated that the proposed extension would not have an impact on these protected views.
