Planning Policy Documents
We have extensive expertise in producing clear and engaging planning policy documentation for our public sector clients, including supplementary planning documents and area action plans. We also prepare and submit Local Plan representations on behalf of the Private Sector.
Throughout each process we work closely with clients to identify the key aspirations and constraints of each policy document. As a result, we conduct rigorous assessments of available documents to produce robust baseline studies and other supplementary documentation. This includes liaising with internal technical teams to ensure compliance with internal procedures and processes.
In order to further ensure the effectiveness of our policy documents, we also utilise our detailed knowledge in the formulation and execution of public engagement strategies, enabling us to meaningfully include the local community in the plan making process.
