Local Plan Examination
We have an impressive track record of successfully participating in Local Plan Examinations to secure favourable policy positions for private sector clients.
We possess considerable experience of attending and participating in Local Plan Examinations, often alongside a range of other competing development interests. As a result, we possess deep expertise of the statutory framework and comprehensive skill in the formulation of planning strategies. This enables us to effectively navigate the complex nature of public examinations.
In order to advance our work further, we frequently combine this detailed knowledge with our expertise in assessing demographic, market and economic factors in the critical analysis of local authority policy documents.
