Over the past year we have seen a number of changes to the planning system.
- The introduction of a number of new permitted development rights such as vertical extensions;
- Changes to the Use Class Order; and
- The publication of the Government’s ‘Planning for the Future’ White Paper.
The latter indicating that the planning system is set for a huge changes in the coming months, for instance the introduction of zoning.
This blog will provide our personal thoughts on the ever changing shape of the planning world, moreover give our reaction to planning related news, changes in legislation, recent planning decisions or provide helpful advice and tips.
