We were tasked by Yorkshire Prosperity Investments (YPP Investments) to gain prior approval for a change of use from offices to residential in order to create a range of new studio and flatted accommodation.
Situated in a challenging area, the Site was located within a small courtyard in the Battersea Square Conservation Area and in close proximity to a number of listed buildings. Working closely with YPP and local stakeholders, we led a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the development of an optimal planning application. This included engaging heritage and transport consultants to ensure any such issues were dealt with prior to submitting the planning application.
We successfully secured permitted development within this highly sensitive location for a change of use from offices to residential.
